Yampah has gave me the opportunity to go out and help my community, and even those who are hours away in California. When we went to Los Angels I got the chance to help feed the homeless on skid row with another school that was there to help. It was crazy to see how bad the streets where and hoe these people were living. It warmed my heart to know that just me being there makes a difference for all these people. But that is not all we did we also went to a bunny rescue and helped clean cages, feed, and just hold the bunny's, some of them were blind or missing a leg because they were bunny who got adopted and then let in the wild to fend for themselves. The last thing we did was go to an after school program for kinds in elementary or middle school. It's a safe place for kids to go after school to hangout instead of going into the streets and doing drugs and getting into trouble. Giving back always feels good but its even better when you can do it with all of your friends and teachers.
